Suspicious Orders:

To minimize the incidence of fraud we reserve the right to refuse to process any orders that have suspicious or inconsistent information contained in them. In particular, orders shipped to foreign countries or orders with unusual addresses will be closely scrutinized. If we choose not to process your order you will receive an email notifying you of such and any credit card charges incurred will be promptly refunded (or voided depending on the circumstances).

Payments:
We accept Paypal, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), money orders or personal checks. Please note that orders purchased with money orders, personal checks or e-checks will be shipped only after the check has cleared.
Also please note on orders made and or ship outside of Unites States of America could be delayed up to 4 weeks to allow for verification.


Domestic Shipping:

All shipping is done thru USPS.
The order is usually processed within 48 hours. The packages usually arrive within 3 to 12 business days.
Every effort is made to inform you (the customer) if a size or style is out of stock or no longer available. This is done on the products webpage within the description.
However errors can be made. If an item that you order is out of stock or no longer available you will be contacted by customer service. You will have the option of cancelling the order, waiting until the item is available or choosing another item of equal value. If we are out of 1 item but can send another item from your order you will be contacted by customer service via email of what item could not be shipped.

Store Pickup:
If you live in or near Puyallup, WA area you can use our Store Pickup option.

International Shipping
International orders will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail.
Customs declarations will be declared as 'Merchandise' and the full product purchase price declared.

Customer is responsible for any fees assessed by the local shipping carrier. Difficult Trail is not responsible for any fees incurred due to customs, brokerage fees, etc. Some items may be restricted or prohibited from entering your country. Please contact your local customs department to receive more information.
