We have a 30-day “No questions ask” money back guarantee.
For whatever reason you are not happy with our t-shirts and we were not able to exchange it for another t-shirt of your liking. We will give your money back less the cost of returned shipping.
If there is something wrong with your order please contact customer service right away so that we can get started in resolving this.
We do not guarantee our garments past normal wear and tear.
Please wash according to the label.

Difficult Trail is not responsible for the content of any video program and will provide a customer with a producer's contact information, upon request, for complaints to be made in regard to content of any video sold in the Difficult Trail store.
Return Policy:
Difficult Trail does not accept returns based on content complaints. We will accept returns under the following conditions only:
1. Damaged goods
2. Delivery mistakes
Upon return of the product, you may receive replacement goods only. No other returns are accepted. Return questions should be directed to Customer Service, or by phone.
